Sample collection and coding

Pre test coding social media
We have conducted the coding for the social media (100 tweets) using the inter reliability coding test . It was really time consuming . As the tweets might seem simple , with only 140 words to deal with, but its a tedious job and requires much concentration .
Pretest Data collection
We have done an inter Coder reliability test for 20 articles from the news papers . pretest should be conducted soon.

Phillipp , We are using the Recal reliability test. We want to know if we should calculate for Ordinal or Ratio Level data ?
Data collection for inter reliability coding test
Group leader and my group mates are energetic working till 230 am, getting trained ourself in recording data. I appreciate your stamina and lets work tomorrow till 3 am. Hopefully pretest will work
Pre-test
We have started coding the traditional media (20 articles) using the inter reliability coding test . It was really time consuming . Have to get started with social media soon . We will pre-test it tomorrow .

We have started to do this reliability stuff, and it’s taking a very long time. We started doing the independent testing and will hopefully get everything ready to send into ReCal tonight.. Meeting today at 11 to go over the pretests, figure out Saima’s banned newspaper issue and start the data collection.. Hopefully Aruchi’s awake.. I’ll be my regular five minutes late.
Balouch Hal news paper
Dear Philip I just realized that Balouch Hal the first english on line news paper from baluchistan is banned in pakistan, how ever it still continues to publish probably from out side pakistan . i had collected about 6 articles from there but now i really dont know that should i focus on this news paper [...]

I have read three articles from the news paper Baloch Hal as well.Wangchucla is reading the articles from The News .
